The Marquee Hardware has two contact closure triggers on the back. The little buttons to the left and right of the connector are test buttons. To wire these triggers up, just follow the charts below.
Once you physically wire your triggers, you program what you want them to do via the Hardware Setup dialog box. There is an Up and Down action for each trigger which each can have multiple macros assigned to it.
