SOS (Save Our Show) Remote Support 

Horizon Control Inc. provides a live on-line support service which connects your console to ours, letting us see your screen and, if you allow us, control your desk remotely to help you troubleshoot any issues you have with the software. This unique service uses the Internet to provide a level of personalized 'at-your-side' technical support never before offered on a lighting control product.

To take advantage of this service you must have:

  • a shared Internet connection in your building (Cat5 connection from the Marquee processor to your building's LAN)

  • a telephone near your console to talk LIVE with Horizon Control Support Staff. Call +1-412-422-3100 x2

  • a credit card (first 15 minutes per console are free!)
