Intensity information for fixtures is shown in the Fixture Grid with the fixture number on the top row of numbers and the level on the bottom row. Selecting a fixture is the first step towards setting or modifying levels. Fixtures may be selected with either the mouse or with keystrokes or you may use the optional Button Wing Panel.
Note:
Moving Light Attributes are shown in the Attribute Grid. Also see Controlling Moving Lights
Selected fixtures are identified in the fixture grid by a red highlight around the fixture number and level or in the attribute grid as text with a light blue background:

The level may still be controlled by other means (i.e, Cue Lists or Look Masters). Until you specify that you want to change the level, you do not have control over it with the wheel or keypad. Once you alter the level, the red outline will fill in and a white triangle (delta symbol - meaning changed) will appear. Attributes will get red a red triangle and text:

For a full description of check out the topic Command Line Syntax.
Note:
If you want to use the QWERTY keyboard on the processor make sure that the Num Lock key is on before using the numeric keypad.
Enter the number of the fixture(s) you wish to select on the keypad. You can see what you are typing in the Command Line.
Use the + (And), / (Through) and – (Minus) keys to select multiple fixtures.
Press [@] or [*] on the QWERTY keyboard to set a level in percent.
Enter the percentage value. If you just enter a single number, it will be multiplied by 10 (example hitting [5] [ENTER] results in 50%).
Complete the action by pushing [ENTER] .
NOTE:
Alternately, you can select your fixtures and roll the wheel to increase or decrease their level from its current position.
Holding down [SHIFT] while rolling the wheel changes the values in Decimal rather than Percent.
If you want to set a level of 5%, you must enter [05] [ENTER].
If you want to set a decimal level, enter [.] [127] [ENTER] for a intensity of 50%
Use the [@] [LOOK] syntax to open the Apply Levels dialog box to reference pre-recorded Looks as palette references.
[UP] or [PGUP] - Increases fixture level by 10
[DOWN] or [PGDN] - Decreases fixture level by 10
[SHIFT] [UP] or [SHIFT] [PGUP] - Increases level by 1%
[SHIFT] [DOWN] or [SHIFT] [PGDN] - Decreases level by 1%
[FULL] or [HOME] - Sets fixture level to full (100%)
[OUT] or [END]- Sets fixture level to out (0%)
Note:
The Show Options dialog box has a place to set the level for the [FULL] key, which by default is 100%. Regardless of what this level is set to, double pressing the [FULL] key will take the intensity to 100%.
For a full description, check out the topic Using the Mouse to Select Fixtures and Levels.
Position the mouse pointer on the fixture number and left click. The red outline appears.
Multiple fixtures can be selected with the mouse by left clicking on the first fixture, holding the left button down and dragging the mouse to the last fixture number in the group.
Use the mouse wheel to change the level of the selected fixtures.
With the optional Button Wing you can select a fixture by pressing the corresponding numbered button. The red LED will begin to flash. To deselect it, press the button again. (Note: You do not need to deselect fixtures if you change the preceding selection's attributes before making a new selection.) To select a range of fixtures, press and hold the first fixture in the range, then press the last. This works for deselecting ranges in the middle of selected fixtures.
There is a whole topic that describes the use the [S10] Select softkey called Select Softkeys. These are very fast ways to select all odd or even fixtures or all fixtures going up or all fixtures in blue.
While selecting fixtures, touching the [NEXT] button will Select the next fixture. Holding down [SHIFT] and pressing the [NEXT/PREV] button will select the previous fixture number. You will not see these selections in the command line. The other [NEXT] button, located to the left of the encoders, will only select moving lights.
Sometimes you have recorded data in a cue and you would rather it not be there. You probably want those values to Track from the previous cue. If you want to remove intensity attributes, use the syntax [#] [@] [ENTER]. The intensity will be marked with a delta symbol and the tracked level will be purple. These changes need to be Updated. If you want to remove other attribute information, use the syntax [#] [S1-S4] [ENTER] where S1-S4 is the specific attribute. Removing any Position, Color or Lens attributes will remove them all. The tracked attribute values will be shown in red text, but they will be marked with a track symbol. Again, these changes need to be Updated.
