Remote
SessionsMarquee allows you to set up a network were a number of consoles or PC running the Off-Line Editor software can connect up to one main desk. This is called a Remote Session. On a PC, launch the remote session from the START menu. On a console, select the Remote Session button in the Marquee Control Panel.
You will have to know the know the IP address of the main machine. When launching the remote session, you will be presented with this dialog box:

can be found by clicking on the down arrow in the combo box. If you don't
the know the IP address of the main console, hover over the
Network button in
the Marquee Control Panel. The
tooltip will show you the current IP address.
Once connected, you will have full control over the main desk although your command lines will be separate. The other major difference is in the File Menu. The only option available is Exit as you can't remotely direct where to save on the main machine. If the show file does have a name (i.e., it's been saved at least once on the main machine) then [S8-Save Show] on the main Softkeys is available for you to press:
