    • Check out our Frequently Asked Questions section to make sure we donít already have an answer for you.
    • Check the Release Notes to see if your problem has already been reported and weíve posted a work-around.
    • Check the Standard Fixture Library and latest Moving Light Libaries for the latest fixtures supported by Horizon. If you have a moving light, but donít see a profile for it in the Moving Light Patch setup on on-line, please contact Horizon support.  We can often turn around library requests in under 24 hours.
    • Coming Soon Check out Bulletin Boards to see if another user has had a similar question or share how youíve used Horizon with other users.
  • Free Email Support
    • Email support is available for customers who have specific problems not covered by our web based support. We strive to answer all email within 2 business days of receiving your question.
  • Paid Priority Support
    • This option is for those customers who need support 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We assign a dedicated contact to handle your calls and will work with you until your problems are resolved. This support is available as an hourly/daily charge or as monthly/yearly service contract.
